In 2015, he transitioned into Mechanical Project Management and quickly elevated to a high performing Senior Project Manager at one of the largest Mechanical Firms in the industry. Zach excels in project financials, estimating, and sales strategy, and is known for building strong, lasting partnerships—especially in the healthcare sector. His leadership skills and strategic focus make him a trusted expert in delivering high-impact mechanical solutions.

Aaron is a results-oriented leader with over 22 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry. He specializes in large-scale industrial and commercial mechanical system installations, with proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and estimating.

Jeff brings a unique combination of hands-on field experience and project management expertise to his role as Special Projects Project Manager. Having advanced from Sheet Metal Foreman, he offers a deep understanding of field operations, installation practices, and the challenges faced by project teams in real-world conditions.

Skilled in coordinating projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, communicating with clients and trade partners, and driving successful project outcomes. Known for his practical problem-solving approach, strong leadership, and commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Jeff works closely with both field and office teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the high standards expected by FOKIS Mechanical.

ohn plays a critical role in keeping FOKIS Mechanical operating efficiently by overseeing shop operations, inventory management, and material logistics. Responsible for receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing materials and equipment, and ensuring project teams have the resources they need when they need them.

Known for his attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving, John helps keep the shop running smoothly while supporting both field and office operations.
